After the success we had with Nooï, Eric Senet, chairman of group Flam’s, challenged us to replicate with a new fast-food concept of wok cooking. Same crazy timing, same period of the year. Hence was born Wazawok, the fire-spitting dragon which emphasizes the spectacular ritual of wok cooking happening in real time in front of the clientele.
