The challenge was how to best express the unique benefit for both the owner and the renter of such an innovative way of renting a car.

After hours of discussion, reviews of customers’ comments and a positioning workshop, the answer was to convince the renters that Carengo was the only car rental system where they had the car they wanted, when and where they wanted it.

Carengo “cuando quieras, donde quieras” became the obvious answer.
